Creating a Social Media Policy

You’ve heard mention of a Social Media Policy and are starting to worry that maybe your company needs one, but you don’t know where to begin? Well, it’s true. Companies all over are starting to find themselves in deep water with the NLRB or even their own employees from misuse of social networking sites. It is important that employers have a viable Social Media Policy, and that they inform and educate their employees on what the policy entails and the penalties for misuse.
